We regret to inform you that we do not ship outside of Cyprus. 

However, in regards to Vintage Paint and Dixie Belle paints, we would be glad to refer you to a fellow stockists in your country.


Pick-up from Noah's Retreat

FREE collection from Noah's Retreat on all orders; no minimum purchases.

You will be notified by an email when your order is ready for collection. Usual timeframe is next working day. 

Collections could be made during the designated hours and within 7 days from the receipt of the email for collection (day of email counts as day 1)

Collection times: Tuesday 9:00-11:00 & Saturday 9:00-12:00

Standard Delivery/ Pick-up Point Delivery (applies to the whole of Cyprus) 

Delivery time is expected to be within 5 working days, except in cases that the delivery address is in a remote area, according to our courier partners' lists. In remote areas' you should allow another 2-3 working days for a delivery to be completed. 

Deliveries are carried out by ourselves or one of our courier partners.

Standard delivery arrives either to you shipping address or to a pick-up point (e.g. ACS, Kronos, SoEasy Convenience stores or equivalent, local to you), depending on the choices provided by the courier partner.

Delivery charge; €5. FREE with purchases over €100.

Expedited Delivery- same or next working day

Express Same Working Day Delivery is available at €8,50 for orders placed by 12:00.

For orders placed between 12:01 and 24:00, Expedited Delivery is completed on the Next Working Day. 

Expedited Delivery is not available to remote delivery addresses (out of towns or along the high way between towns)

Delivery within 2 hours (available only on working days)

"Flash-a-xpress" Delivery (applies only to Limassol town)  is available at €12.50.

Flash-a-xpress" Delivery is only available to certain post codes. Before adding this option, please contact us to assess whether your post code is covered.



Our returns Policy aims at allowing you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Please ensure that you have read our Returns Policy in full before placing an order.

Please note that we are unable to offer a refund in the following cases:

  • On personalized goods or customised orders or commissioned orders

  • Home Fragrances which have been opened do not fall under our refunds' policy. 

  • We regret to inform you that we generally do not accept returns of any products that are intimate and/or sanitary goods.

Returning Unwanted Goods

Part A

You can request a FREE return of any unwanted goods (for original purchase receipt of €100 or over, no matter what the value of the return items is) up to 3 days from the delivery date (day of delivery counting as day 1), as long as such goods do not fall into any of the categories mentioned in the above paragraph & not in remote areas. Collection will be arranged at the time of request. 

Part B

Alternatively, you can request to return any unwanted goods up to 7 days from the purchase date as long as such goods do not fall into any of the categories mentioned in the above paragraph. 


All returned goods must be in their original and unused condition. Open or damaged packages of goods will not be accepted for a return.

Methods of returns

Returns of non-incorrect/faulty/ damaged goods are made at your own cost, except as explained in the "Returning Unwanted Goods" paragraph, part A.

These are the ways to make a return:

1. Return to Noah's Home Collection store in person

2. Make your own courier arrangements

3. Inform us to arrange the collection of your returned goods via one of our courier partners. Return courier charge is €5 (€8 for fragile items).


Once any returns are received back and have been inspected by us, we will issue you with a refund equal to the value of the returned goods (as it appears on your invoice at the time of purchase) less any return courier charge if you opt for (3) above.

We are unable to refund the original shipping cost.


Incorrect / faulty / damaged goods

Please report any incorrect/ faulty/ damaged goods to our customer services' team, in writing (email:, within 2 workings days of receiving your order.

We may request evidence of any damaged goods (such as photographs).

We shall review your claim within 3 working days from the date of receipt of your claim. 

Upon reviewing your claim and assuming accepting it, we will immediately arrange for the incorrect/ faulty/ damaged goods to be collected from you and for a replacement order to be dispatched to you. In case any goods are no longer in stock, they will be refunded to your original purchase method. 

No additional courier fees for the return or replacement of incorrect / faulty / damaged goods will arise. 

Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affects your legal rights.
