Yes anything! You can choose anything to be your basic project; furniture, walls, tiles, items made from glass, metal, ceramic, wood etc. or even fabrics such as your own clothes (a client used our chalk mineral paints to change the colour of her wedding dress and re-wear as a night gown to a special event!) or curtains, chairs etc. When we say anything, we mean ANYTHING!

There is a variety of materials, tools and effects that can turn a simple item into a piece of art & it can become confusing or overwhelming!

1. Under each category and product listed, there is a description of what the product is, what is does and how to use it

2. Make sure you have (or if not, that you get) good quality application tools! Brushes especially, are very important in getting a good result
​
3. Paint colours: the depth & tone of the end-colour, after completing the project, may differ from the one in the digital photo or the specimen or from project to project. In most cases, variation will not be significant but things like the base colour, the techniques used, even the space in which your project is placed and its surroundings, can affect the appearance of how the colour you choose will end-up looking

LAST STEP, sealing & curing
With few exceptions*, every project needs to be sealed when completed.
Cure time** is also key!
Most products need a 28-day cure time which means that your project is still quite sensitive until fully cured.

*Some products have buit-in sealant
**Cure time is the amount of time is takes for the coating to reach MAXIMUM hardness and protection.
